Blantyre is a large city in Southern Malawi. Here we teamed up with the local conference and 20 Bible-workers to conduct five evangelistic programs throughout the city.

Several thousand people attended the programs each night, with many making decisions for Jesus Christ. 

At the close of these programs 709 converts were baptized in a large swimming pool that was hired. Ten pastors conducted the baptisms as several thousand church members sang and welcomed the new members into the church.
